Booking & Payment

A booking is confirmed upon receipt of the agreed advance payment. Full payment is due 15 days before departure unless otherwise agreed. Prices are subject to change until booking is confirmed.

Travel Documents

Travelers are responsible for valid passports, visas, permits, and health certificates. Unique Vacations India assists with permit arrangements but is not liable for denied entry due to incomplete documentation.

Liability

We act as an agent for hotels, transport providers, and activity operators. While we vet all partners, we are not liable for acts of God, political unrest, airline delays, or third-party service failures beyond our control.

Itinerary Changes

We reserve the right to modify itineraries due to weather, road conditions, or safety concerns. Equivalent alternatives will be offered where possible.
