Cancellation & Refund Policy

Cancellation by Traveler

• 30+ days before departure: 90% refund of amount paid
• 15–29 days before departure: 50% refund
• 7–14 days before departure: 25% refund
• Less than 7 days: No refund

A processing fee of ₹500 may apply to all refunds. Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.

Cancellation by Unique Vacations

In rare cases (force majeure, insufficient bookings for group tours), we may cancel a trip. You will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule at no extra cost.

Date Changes

One free date change is allowed up to 15 days before departure, subject to hotel availability and seasonal price differences. Additional changes may incur fees.
